PayDo is the best parking payment application in Croatia with about 200,000 users. The application is completely free and guarantees the availability of the service in 77 Croatian cities. It allows you to pay for parking free of charge because it doesn’t use the SMS protocol. So far, the largest number of PayDo transactions was realized in tourist regions (Istria, Kvarner, and Dalmatia), while the city of Osijek has the most users in the continental part, apart from Zagreb. Also very important, this application is extremely popular among foreign tourists.
Benefits for business and private users
The business user module allows each company to register a single account through which it can manage the parking payment of its employees and associated vehicles, with significant savings and reduced administration. Private users are allowed to pay for daily parking tickets issued by the controller, but also a large number of special parking tickets such as monthly, annual, tenant, privileged, etc.
By the end of 2020, an additional promotional benefit is active for all Mastercard® card users. Specifically, 10% of the amount paid for hourly tickets is returned to the user on a promotional account that can be used when paying for parking in the future.
How to use PayDo?
1. Register
Download the app on your smartphone via the App Store or Google Play, register or log in as Guest. You can also use the PayDo service via the app.paydo.hr website.
2. Choose payment method and park
In your profile, add the credit cards you will be using for making parking payments or top up your account that will be charged for parking. That’s it! Your PayDo is ready.
3. Choose a city and ticket type
Choose whether you want to pay for an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly ticket. Enter your license plate number, choose how many hours you want to park and click “Continue”.
4. Favorites and notifications about parking expiration
Save your most frequently used parking locations and vehicles to your favorites and pay for parking in a couple of seconds. Let PayDo remind you about the time of your parking expiration and avoid extra costs. Private users are allowed to pay for daily parking tickets issued by the controller, but also a large number of special parking tickets such as monthly, annual, tenant, privileged, etc.
